Dr. Geoffrey Davis is Chief Executive Officer of the HFM BOCES
Board of Education.
He is also:
• Regional representative of
the state Commissioner of Education;
• Responsible for executive
oversight over all programs and personnel;
• Accountable to the state
Commissioner of Education for student achievement in the three
counties; and
• Consultant to local Boards of
Education in matters of leadership, administration and finance

As Chief Financial Officer of HFM BOCES, Ms. Fagan:
• Oversees all financial
aspects of HFM BOCES;
• Supervises operations of
the Business Office;
• Develops and presents HFM
BOCES' annual budgets:
• Monitors appropriations and
proper coding:
• Prepares quarterly budget adjustments and
financial reports; and
• Supervises generation of
state aid and SED reports.
As HFM BOCES purchasing agent, Ms. Fagan:
• Authorizes all
expenditures;
• Oversees purchasing process
and fixed asset (inventory) management;
• Coordinates/oversees
preparation for independent and SED audits; and
• Ensures the administration
of, and compliance with laws, regulations, policies and
procedures affecting the organization.
