HFM BOCES Instructional Services provides school districts
with support and training in the areas of curriculum,
instruction and assessment as they strive to meet state and
local goals for raising academic standards. Component school
personnel are instrumental in designing the programs that
are offered. Training for specific needs can be delivered at
a component school district or at the main HFM BOCES campus,

Locally staffed under the direction of
Special Education School Improvement Specialist Paula Mroz,
RSE-TASC is part of a statewide network that provides resources,
information, consultation, coaching and staff development
related to the education of students with disabilities.
The HFM BOCES RSE-TASC SESIS works with
districts in the three-county region designated by NYSED's
Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with
Disabilities (VESID) as needing assistance or improvement in one
or more areas of the State Performance Plan Indicators.
