HFM BOCES Health-Safety-Risk Management offers a fingerprinting
service for potential employees of HFM BOCES and all 15
component school districts, as well as those seeking teaching or
administrative certification through the New York State
Education Department, as required under New York State law.
Fingerprinting is done by appointment only, weekdays from 8 a.m.
- 3:30 p.m.
A $94.25 fee is charged to those who work for or are applying
for positions with HFM BOCES or one of our 15 component school
districts. Credit card payment for the $94.25 fee must be paid
on-line at the NYS Higher Education Department at
http://www.highered.nysed.gov/tcert/teach/
An additional $25 fee is charged to those who are not applying
for a position with HFM BOCES or one of our component schools.
Payment for the $25 fee should be made payable to HFM BOCES
Health-Safety-Risk Management. Applicants must
bring a driver's license or other form of photo ID and a copy of
the printed receipt to their fingerprinting appointments.
